This is the final day of snow emergency parking restrictions in Minneapolis. Both Minneapolis and St. Paul needed two snow emergencies to clear the streets after last weekend's record snowfall.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with the men whose job it is to clear the streets in Minneapolis and St. Paul. Rich Lallier is the St. Paul Public Works Director. Mike Kennedy is the Director of Transportation Maintenance and Repair for the city of Minneapolis.
