The nightlife in Rochester, Minnesota is not exactly like the Twin Cites. But some business owners and at least one city official are looking to change that. They'd like to imitate the popular "Uptown" entertainment district in Minneapolis.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Minnesota Public Radio News reporter Elizabeth Baier who spoke from MPR's Rochester bureau about that story and other news in southeastern Minnesota.
