Wolves to be protected on reservation

An estimated 100 wolves live on the Red Lake Indian Reservation near Bemidji and tribal leaders want to protect them. So they've adopted a plan to manage the wolves and their habitat on the reservation.

MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke about that and other issues in northern Minnesota with Minnesota Public Radio reporter Tom Robertson who talked to her from our Bemidji bureau.
