A Ramsey County jury has ruled against Wells Fargo bank in a case involving nonprofits. The Minneapolis Foundation, the Medical Foundation, and others say Wells Fargo invested their money in securities the bank knew were risky. Media reports say the nonprofits have been awarded about $30 million in damages, and today, the judge hears arguments over punitive damages.
