David Sanger, chief Washington correspondent for the New York Times, discusses his book, "The Inheritance: The World Obama Confronts and the Challenges to American Power." Sanger was a guest at the University of Minnesota's Humphrey Institute, where he talked with former Vice President Walter Mondale and political science professor Larry Jacobs.
