The Hennepin County Board votes today on a proposal to increase the county's property tax levy by nearly 5 percent, with the bulk of the money to be used to cover costs of caring for uninsured patients at Hennepin County Medical Center.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with Richard Johnson, Hennepin County administrator who is recommending the levy.
