If you are planning to vote in Minnesota on Nov. 4 and haven't registered yet, you'll have to register at your polling place on election day. Tuesday was the deadline for pre-registration in the state.
Election officials are now updating the voter databases and geting ready for the election, which is less than three weeks away.
DFLer Mark Ritchie is Minnesota's Secretary of State; he oversees the electoral process in the state. Ritchie spoke with Morning Edition host Cathy Wurzer.
