A town doesn't have to be on a coast to boast some great windsurfing. Worthington, a town of about 12,000 in southwest Minnesota near the Iowa border, is playing host this weekend to the U.S. Windsurfing National Championships and Unvarnished Music Festival. Windsurfers from around the world will take to Lake Okabena to compete.
