Police on Friday arrested a teenager in connection with a threat made Thursday at Edina High School. Authorities say the 17-year-old boy took a Snapchat video of himself in the school's parking lot with a handgun and extended magazine in his lap.
And the Twin Cities Air National Guard base is slated for a major upgrade of its transport planes.
