Governor Tim Walz took formal action today on the Russian invasion of Ukraine.  He signed an executive order that condemns the invasion and offers support to the people of Ukraine. It specifically requires state agencies to terminate any existing contracts with Russian entities and refrain from entering future contracts. The order also encourages companies and organizations to do the same.
