An upcoming series of events aims to support local nonprofits working to break down barriers to mental health support — and it involves eating delicious food from some of the Twin Cities' most respected and inventive chefs.

It’s called Graze 4 Good, and it’s a fundraising endeavor from the Minneapolis Foundation's Fourth Generation program. Grace Rose, a co-chair of the event series, and Nettie Colon, the chef behind Red Hen Gastrolab, one of the restaurants featured in the event series, joined host Cathy Wurzer with more.

Graze 4 Good kicks off with a virtual event on Feb. 5, followed by in-person events on March 9 and May 12. Proceeds will benefit Fourth Generation’s grantmaking to Twin Cities organizations working on mental health justice. Tickets are available on the Minneapolis Foundation’s website.
