The trial of former Brooklyn Center police officer Kimberly Potter is in its second day of testimony. Potter is facing charges for killing 20-year-old Daunte Wright, whom Potter shot to death during a traffic stop in April.

Now it is up to a jury to decide if — and to what extent — Potter should be held responsible for Wright's death. For analysis of what’s happened so far, host Cathy Wurzer was joined by Kami Chavis, professor of law and director of the Criminal Justice Program at Wake Forest University.
