Hey, how’s your garden looking? Are you ready for fall planting? Are you wondering if you should keep the changing climate in mind while designing your fall garden? 

Fall gardening can present some challenges for experienced and novice gardeners alike: What winters over well? And what doesn’t winter over at all? 

What should you plant to prepare for spring? When should you deadhead your plants? How do you anticipate an early frost? And this year, drought conditions across the state mean additional challenges for gardeners. 

MPR News host Angela Davis talks with two master gardeners about their tips for what to plant with climate change in mind, how to manage your lawn and garden during the drought and how to prepare your plants for the winter.
