April was nothing short of a weather rollercoaster in Minnesota, bringing temperatures that ranged from the upper 80s in some areas to zero degrees in others.
Taken together, the average monthly temperature evened out at close to normal in most parts of the state. That’s according to retired University of Minnesota climatologist and meteorologist Mark Seeley, who ran down the month with Cathy Wurzer in their weekly weather chat.
