Judge rejects Minnesota ISIS suspects' 'combatant immunity' claim
A federal judge has dismissed arguments made by men allegedly trying to join ISIS that they are enemy combatants and so should have conspiracy murder charges against them tossed out.
Advocates say they went to court after exhausting other efforts to get records on the Countering Violent Extremism program. They say they're particularly concerned about the program's efforts to monitor Somali-American children in school.
