Showers end Monday morning; more on the way
Rain exits the state south to north Monday morning. The rain will mix with snow along the North Shore with a slushy coating in some spots. Sunshine will break out from west to east.
More showers develop late Monday night into early Tuesday for southern Minnesota, tracking north for Tuesday afternoon.

Highs Monday will be mostly in the 60s west with more sunshine to 50s east, close to normal for the date. It’ll be cooler along the North Shore.

Another system moves in for Thursday, bringing more showers and even a few thunderstorms.

We could see another one-half inch or more of rain this week on top of the rainfall we saw Sunday night. This will bring rainfall totals for the week in southeastern Minnesota up to 2 to 3 inches.

Temperatures will be mostly above normal in the 60s and 50s right through the weekend. More rain is possible late Sunday into Monday.
