Frigid Tuesday across Minnesota
We’re waking up to subzero temperatures statewide with wind chill values ranging from 10 below zero to 40 below zero up north. Highs Tuesday will barely get above zero for southern and eastern Minnesota.
There’s a cold weather advisory for most of northern, central and western Minnesota through the morning Tuesday.

We’ll have another subzero night for most of the state again Tuesday night with partly cloudy skies.

More light snow will be possible Wednesday for southern and especially southeastern Minnesota as a larger storm system stays centered well south of the state.

The far southeastern corner of the state could see up to a few inches of snow while most of central and northern Minnesota will see little or nothing.

It’ll remain chilly Wednesday with highs mostly in the single digits. It’ll be colder but also brighter north.

Temperatures will be warmer by Friday but stay just shy of normal high temperatures, which are mostly in the 20s now.

We’re still watching a system for Friday into Saturday that could deliver snow to parts of Minnesota on the northern end of another storm system.
