Our second January thaw of 2025 has reached three days in the Twin Cities and much of southern Minnesota.
Sunday’s high at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport was 35 degrees. Monday brought 38 degrees. We blew that away Tuesday with a record-tying high of 47 degrees.
We’ll hit a little temperature speed bump Wednesday with temperatures around 10 degrees colder across Minnesota.

Thursday brings near-record warmth once again. Highs will push into the 50s again in the south with 40s well into central Minnesota.
