Swedish Ice Cream Sundae: Vanilla ice cream covered in lingonberry jam, sprinkled with Swedish ginger cookie crumble, and garnished with a ginger cookie heart. (Vegetarian) Available at Salem Lutheran Church Dining Hall, on the north side of Randall Avenue south of the Progress Center.
