This will be a pretty good weekend overall for late November. Skies will be mostly cloudy, but a few sunny breaks will emerge from time to time and winds will be much lighter than this week.

Cold Thanksgiving week ahead

I am 100 percent confident that Thanksgiving week will be colder than this weekend. The jet stream shifts into northwest flow over much of the nation next week. That will sweep down colder Canadian air masses next week here on the ground.
