Temperatures will trend upwards for Sunday evening into early Monday morning. A cold front moving eastward from the Dakotas will bring a chance of rain showers on Monday. Look for above-average temperatures this week with highs in the lower to mid-50s.
Warming overnight before cold front on Monday
Temperatures remained fairly steady on Sunday, with highs in the upper 40s. We'll hit our low for Monday just after midnight, as temperatures are expected to rise thereafter.
A cold front approaching from the Dakotas will bring another opportunity for sporadic rain showers on Monday. The graphic below also shows our next weather system, a low moving in from Oklahoma, which will brush our region.

A noticeable temperature difference will be evident on Monday ahead of the cold front, with highs in the lower 40s in the northwest and low to mid-60s in the southeast.
Quiet and calm by mid-week
Our final weather system will exit the area by late Tuesday. Sunshine will return to the forecast area sometime mid-week. Our temperatures will continue to trend above the seasonal average. Look for highs in the lower to mid-50s this week.
