It will be windy again with south winds 10 to 20 mph and critically low relative humidity values reaching 10 to 25 percent by Wednesday afternoon. Expect critical fire weather conditions again in the afternoon with the dry, windy and warm conditions.

A cool front slides through again late Wednesday, dropping temperatures for Thursday and Friday back into the 60s to low 70s.
The cool Thursday will set us up for a chilly Thursday night. It could be the coolest night in 5 months for many. Frost will be potentially widespread in northern Minnesota.
Temperatures will warm up yet again for Saturday, potentially to near 80 degrees in southern Minnesota. It could also be another critical fire weather day with windy, dry conditions.
Another cool front moves in late Saturday, potentially touching off the only spotty chance of rain in the next 7 days. With a lack of moisture and timing of the front, the best chance appears to be in far northeast Minnesota and Wisconsin.
Whatever rain does fall, will be very modest however. Most models drop little rain, but the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecasts model is the most aggressive dropping one-quarter to one-half inch in a few lucky spots in northeastern Minnesota.
Temperature will be cooler again for Sunday and Monday with highs again in the 50s and 60s.
