Scattered storms Monday followed by cooler, drier air
Scattered storms are ahead of a cool front in two main rounds. The first round of activity will be into Monday morning with redevelopment of storms possible later in the day in mostly southern Minnesota.
There’s a marginal risk (level 1 of 5) for severe storms with a slight risk (level 2 of 5) for severe storms in the far southeast corner of the state Monday.
Behind the cool front it will be much more comfortable with highs mostly in the 70s Tuesday and a drop in dew points to more comfortable levels.
The rest of the week looks quiet and pleasant with mostly dry weather and drier air sticking around into the weekend.
