Weekend temperatures and wind chills
Low temperatures Saturday morning will be in the teens below zero across much of Minnesota:
The Twin Cities metro area and much of western Wisconsin will see low temps in the single digits below zero.
Saturday high temps will be mainly in the single digits above zero:

Parts of the metro area could touch 10 or 11 degrees. The average Twin Cities high temperature is 23 degrees this time of year.
Low temperatures Sunday morning will be a few degrees below zero in many locations:
Wind chill temps at 6 a.m. Sunday will be in teens below zero in most areas:
Some spots in southwestern Minnesota will see wind chill temps in the 20s below zero.
Sunday high temps will reach 20 degrees or warmer in the Twin Cities and southern Minnesota, with teens in most of central and northern Minnesota:
Sunday will be breezy, so afternoon wind chills will be in the single-digits:

Most of Minnesota and Wisconsin will have a precipitation-free weekend.
