It’s very cold out there.
Highs will be near zero all weekend, brushing into the negatives Sunday and Monday. Wind chill temperatures bring that to around 30 degrees below zero.
Snow, in some areas blowing, is likely Friday night into Saturday. Expect reduced visibility in the area throughout the weekend and into next week.
From the National Weather Service: “Hazardous wind chills from 25 below to 35 below zero are expected, mainly along and west of the Red River Valley. As north winds increase by afternoon, patchy blowing and drifting snow is possible in open country along and west of the Valley.”
