A bit cooler Wednesday and Thursday

Stubborn low clouds will hang on much of Wednesday but we will see some clearing from north to south by later in the day. Those clouds will yield some flurries and isolated areas of freezing drizzle. Temperatures will be largely steady with upper teens north to low 30s south.
