Milder air returns
A warmer day is in store for us Wednesday. Highs will be in the 40s for southern Minnesota and in the 30s north. Those readings are at least five to even 10 degrees above normal.

We’ll also have lots of sunshine through the day with just some high clouds passing through occasionally.

A weak cool front sweeps across the region early Thursday. That will cause an increase in wind speeds and a shift to northwest winds 10-15 mph Thursday afternoon.

High temperatures Thursday and Friday will be slightly cooler, mainly in the 30s.

We’re still keeping our eyes on a potential storm system that will affect the region over the weekend. Stay tuned for a mid morning update on the latest computer model forecasts here.
