We’ll see another hot day with highs well into the 80s, low 90s south Thursday. We’ll also see the chance of at least some thunderstorms popping up late afternoon and evening after morning activity fizzles north.
Another hot day with late day isolated thunderstorms
It’ll be another steamy day Thursday with partly cloudy skies and high temperatures near 90 for much of southern and southwests Minnesota.
Dew points will again be in the sticky 60s for much of Minnesota Thursday.
As with the last few days, lingering morning showers will fizzle out north and we’ll see spotty showers and thunderstorms pop up with daytime heating by mid to late afternoon into the evening hours across the state.
The pattern continues much the same through Saturday. Highs will still be in the upper 80s to low 90s south and mid 80s north. Cooler readings, in the 70s will persist along the North Shore. We’ll also continue to see isolated to spotty thunder popping up each late afternoon and evening Friday and Saturday.
