From grime to crumbling masonry, U.S. parks get a makeover

Crews work to restore historic masonry grills near Shelter 1 at Grandview New River Gorge National Park and Preserve in West Virginia, on Sept. 30. Work has begun on giving some of America's most spectacular natural settings and historic icons a makeover.
