‘We can’t even say goodbye’: Judge lost to COVID-19 remembered for wit, compassion

Steven Anderson, 65, died on April 17 after a brief battle with COVID-19. He was the first person in Mille Lacs County to be diagnosed with the disease caused by the novel coronavirus, and the first in the county to die from it.
