APM Reports produced this 2019 documentary about the ways colleges have been using so-called "big data" to predict college success and help students complete a degree and pursue their ambitions. But, it comes at a cost.
The APM Reports documentary by Sasha Aslanian and Jill Barshay is called "Under a Watchful Eye: How Colleges are Tracking Students to Boost Graduation." It’s hosted by Stephen Smith.
The documentary was awarded a first place national Headliners Award.
