The Saturday afternoon high temp was 54 degrees at Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. That was 6 degrees shy of our average Twin Cities high temp for October 13th, but it felt better our 46 degree high temp on Friday and the 39 degree high temp that we saw on Thursday.
Temperature trends
Sundays highs will be chilly all across Minnesota, with lots of 30s and a few lower 40s:

On Thursday, we'll probably see some 60s in southern Minnesota and 50s in the north:
Twin Cities metro area highs are expected to reach around 42 degrees on Monday, followed by 50 Tuesday and Wednesday and around 60 degrees on Thursday and Friday.
Rain and snow
New computer model information shows a chance of some rain and snow showers over parts of southern Minnesota overnight Saturday night.
On Sunday, the best chance of snow or a rain/snow mix will be over far southern Minnesota, but the Twin Cities metro area could see a few sprinkles or flurries at times.
Parts of northwestern and north-central Minnesota will also see some Sunday snow showers.
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s North American Mesoscale forecast model shows the potential precipitation pattern Sunday and Sunday evening:
The color chart to the right of the loop refers to the strength of the signal that returns to the radar, not to the amount of rain or snow.
The best chance of some snow accumulation on Sunday appears to be along and south of I-90 in southern Minnesota, but check forecast updates.
