Positively plowable
I still think the heaviest snow bands will lay out across southern Minnesota and western Wisconsin, just south and east of the Twin Cities. Still a good solid 3" to 7" seems reasonable for the Twin Cities by Tuesday evening. More like 5" to 10" in the warning zone.
Not melting
April snow is common in Minnesota. But the magnitude of this weeks cold air is unusual. Temperatures run a good 20 degrees colder than average this week.
