A few scattered light snow showers are possible in Minnesota and western Wisconsin this Sunday morning into early afternoon.

Where it's cold enough, patchy morning freezing fog is also possible.

Any snow accumulations should be very light.
Temperature trends
Minnesota will see highs in the 30s this Sunday through Tuesday.
On Wednesday, many spots reach the lower 40s:
On Thursday, upper 40s are possible in southern Minnesota and the Twin Cities:
I expect most of the Twin Cities metro area to reach the upper 40s to around 50 Thursday and Friday.
Snowiest months
We average 10.2 inches of snow in the Twin Cities during March:
On average, March is our third snowiest month in the Twin Cities.
We average 2.5 inches of snow in April, but we sometimes see little or no snow in April.
In the winter of 2012-2013, April was our snowiest month, with 17.9 inches in the Twin Cities!

Our current snow season isn't over yet, but it looks like January will take the snowiest month prize.
We have 4.6 inches so far this March at MSP airport.
