While the beginning of the month saw record-setting rainfall, the second half has been drier than normal.
MPR's Cathy Wurzer spoke with University of Minnesota climatologist Mark Seeley, who says we've had desert-like air across the state for several days, which has led to red flag warnings for wildfires.
