Earlier this year, Devinder Malhotra was named interim chancellor of Minnesota State — formerly MnSCU — the system of 30 community and technical colleges and seven universities that serves more than 350,000 students around the state. He joined the program to talk about the health, and the purpose, of the state's largest higher education system.
