Coding for change

Code Switch Minnesota brings together techies and non-techies to work on projects that will change their communities. Last year, participants created an example of an app that could connect people who are homeless with open shelter beds.

This year, the winning project took on voting access. Co-hosts Tom Weber and Doualy Xaykaothao spoke with Sharon Kennedy Vickers, one of the organizers of Code Switch Minnesota and a co-founder of Blacks in Technology.
