Congress is back in session after its August break, and it has a lot on its plate: Funding emergency aid for Harvey victims, passing legislation to avoid a debt default, averting a government shutdown, legislating DACA and renewing funding for health insurance, among other priorities.
Marketplace senior economics contributor Chris Farrell spoke with Russell Berman, senior associate editor at the Atlantic, and Sean Sullivan, national political reporter for the Washington Post, about Congress'plans, and what could realistically be accomplished this session.
