On Wednesday, the Minnesota Vikings packed up lockers, dorm rooms and training camp supplies and headed out of Mankato for the last time.

Next summer, the team will train at their new facility, the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, in Eagan, which is scheduled to be completed in the spring.

The Vikings thanked Mankato for 52 years of hosting the camp by bringing in former head coach Bud Grant and team officials for a goodbye ceremony Monday night.
