One arrested after fatal shooting at park and ride in Minnetonka

Minnetonka police say a man is dead after being shot in the head at a park and ride ramp on Wayzata Boulevard Friday night. Shortly after 11 p.m., police responded to reports of gun shots. Officers found one male victim who died at the scene.
Witnesses at the park and ride reported the alleged suspect ran away on foot. After a nearly three hour search, police found the suspect in the woods near Crane Lake.
The suspect is being held, pending charges. Police say they aren't seeking any further suspects.
The identity of the victim will be released by the Hennepin County Medical Examiner once the family is notified.
The Minnesota State Patrol, Hennepin County Sheriff's Office and other local agencies aided in the search.
