MPR News politics reporter Brian Bakst joined host Tom Weber from Atlanta, where members of the Democratic National Committee are gathering for their winter meeting. They'll elect a new Democratic National Committee chair this weekend and Minnesota Congressman Keith Ellison is running for the job.
Later in the hour, MPR News political editor Mike Mulcahy joined Tom for the latest on what's happening at the Minnesota Legislature from the opioid reform act, to Sunday liquor sales and more. They also discussed the town hall meetings being held, or not, by members of Congress.
