Sen. Michelle Benson, R-Ham Lake, and Sen. Tony Lourey, DFL-Kerrick, gave an update on health insurance reform at the Minnesota Legislature. That includes proposals for a MinnesotaCare buy-in, reinsurance and others.

"Every single day we're having conversations and meetings about where this is going to go next," Benson said when asked if there was bipartisan support to move things forward.

Said Lourey: "There's a lot of discussion that's needed and a lot of really good thought that has to go into it to ensure 2018 is an improved market for people."
