Today's Morning Edition music is from Billy Bragg and Joe Henry with their take on the old American folk song "The Rock Island Line."
This is one of the songs that they recorded earlier this year in waiting rooms and alongside the tracks during a 2,700-mile train trip from Chicago to Los Angeles.
The songs are collected in a new album called "Shine A Light: Field Recordings From the Great American Railroad."
Bragg and Henry will perform Monday night at Cedar Cultural Center in Minneapolis.
