The first in the fall season of Chris Farrell's "Conversations on the Creative Economy."

His guest is Ravi Norman, the CEO of THOR Construction. It's one of the largest African-American firms in the country — its name has adorned construction cranes in Minneapolis for Target Field and, more recently, for the new Vikings stadium.
