Allina Health says more nurses are choosing to work instead of continuing to strike. More than 4,000 nurses have been off the job since Labor Day in a dispute over health insurance.
As of Monday morning, Allina says 502 union-represented nurses have asked to be scheduled for regular shifts.
The health care provider says the number of union workers looking to work during the strike is four times what it was during a week-long walkout in June.
