Investigative reporter Steven Brill wrote the September cover story in The Atlantic, titled "Fifteen Years After 9-11, Are We Any Safer?" Sunday marks the 15th anniversary. Brill concludes that in the cause of "never again", we haven't spent money and resources wisely, and it's amounted to nearly a trillion dollars.

Steven Brill is a lawyer, journalist and author of "After" and "The Bitter Pill." He spoke July 2, 2016 at the Aspen Ideas Festival in Aspen, Colorado. Moderator was Scott Stossel, editor of The Atlantic.
