MPR chief meteorologist Paul Huttner reviewed the storms that caused the flooding in Louisiana and Iowa and looked ahead to a potential hurricane threatening Florida.

He spoke with fellow meteorologists Craig Edwards and Bob Henson as well as Philip Stoddard, the mayor of South Miami, Fla., about how climate change is making it hard for South Florida to get ready for storms like this one.
