Developers of the Dakota Access Pipeline, a pipeline that would move oil from the Bakken oil field past the southwestern tip of Minnesota to Illinois, have agreed to stop construction near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation until a court hearing next week.

Members of the Stand Rock Sioux Tribe are protesting the construction. Tom Weber talked with Lauren Donovan, a reporter with The Bismarck Tribune, for an update on the controversy and the project.
