Today's Morning Edition music is from "Fire Power" by Lee "Scratch" Perry.

The Grammy-winning reggae artist will perform Wednesday night at The Cedar in Minneapolis.

His career spans more than five decades, and his accomplishments are many. He produced some of the most celebrated reggae tracks in history, and he's considered one of the greatest artists of all time. He's known as a mad genius and brilliant — but, some say, completely insane.

At 80 years old, he's still producing. His latest album will come out at the end of September.
