Good Thursday morning! Here’s the digest:

1. Gov. Mark Dayton went to Litchfield and Watkins to look at the damage from Monday night’s storm. The cost of the damage is not yet known. But Dayton told local officials and residents that they will likely be eligible for state aid. (MPR News)
